Prior to joining TPS, José was an integral part of the transfer pricing departments of KPMG US, KPMG Spain and PwC.
José Antonio practiced for 4 years in Boston, Massachusetts USA, allowing him to specialize in the American transfer pricing practices.
Throughout his more than twenty years of experience, José Antonio has collaborated in the design, planning and documentation of transfer pricing policies for various multinational groups. He has also participated in the negotiation of several APAs (Advance Pricing Agreements), and advised Spanish companies in tax audit proceedings related to the valuation of related-party transactions.
