To fulfill this commitment, the company’s management has implemented an Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System, according to the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015, UNE-EN-ISO 14001:2015 and UNE-EN-ISO 27001:2013 standards.

In order to contribute to reducing the carbon footprint and other greenhouse gas or climate change-related pollutants, TPS has implemented telecommuting, while promoting a fluid and effective communication. This measure has been positively received by our employees as it represents significant time savings by avoiding commutes. The advantages are numerous: greater work flexibility, more hours of sleep, avoiding commuting, increased concentration, organization and family well-being.
Digitalization has allowed us to digitize the entire information flow, from internal reports to invoices to our clients, significantly reducing paper usage, which also contributes greatly to reducing the carbon footprint.
They support medical or pharmaceutical research that contributes to the development and improvement of the living conditions of people affected by neurofibromatosis.
Aims to help children and teenagers suffering from cancer and their families, providing comprehensive support through 3 pillars: emotional, material and psychological.
Annually, we also participates in the Solidarity Soccer Tournament, an initiative organized by Auxadi. For the past three years, we have been contributing through a financial donation. Auxadi organizes a solidarity competition among law firms and lawyers, donating the proceeds to a different organization each year. In 2022, the donation was made to ‘Cruzada por los niños’ and the ‘Asociación de Apoyo al Pueblo Sirio’.

To contribute to the growth of the team and each individual, an intensive training week is conducted at the beginning of each new hire, and internal training sessions are held throughout the year on topics of interest for our professionals.
